To illustrate, at the first stop, the teachers and students reached and entered Huashan Mystery Cave. The students were shocked by what they saw. The caves are deep and the stone walls are steep. Some caves are as spacious as palaces, while others are narrow enough for only one person to pass through. Moreover, carved on the stone walls are exquisite patterns and words, which can still be seen after wind and rain erosion. The patterns and words seem to tell a distant historical story, which attracts the imagination. At the second stop, teachers and students walked around the ancient city of Huizhou. The tall gate tower, archway and ancestral halls can be seen everywhere. Also, the Hui-style residential houses with eaves and corners, carved beams and painted buildings bear the thousand-year history of Huizhou city, highlighting the cultural atmosphere full of Confucian ideas.
